A former Esso Petrol Station in Stratford is set to become a thriving student complex and arts centre.  The development will comprise of 445 student rooms offering a choice of living arrangements and budgets, as well as a range of artists’ studios and a café/gallery space, which will bring added vitality to the development.

The 2012 Olympic Games has left a legacy of urban regeneration and development across East London, and one of the key focal points of this has been around Stratford. As a result, student populations are now booming, with numbers in Newham increasing far more rapidly than the London average.
